First Electrical Hybrid Panel

The first hybrid panel for electrical prototypes came on Nov. 29th 2016 from USCS/SCIPP. It came with 8 hybrids ver 1.1, 4 left handed and 4 right handed hybrids. Digging through the Liverpool documentation this is likeley the Stevenage 5 hybrid panel (https://hep.ph.liv.ac.uk/twiki/bin/view/CleanroomTestStands/ABChcc)
